Old-fashioned hotel. Furniture and carpeting very worn. Beds were good. Small bathroom. Got cleaned up, though. Dark furniture. Breakfast not taken I found too expensive. 15 minutes walk to the train. Restaurants in center, is more than 30 minutes walk. Supermarket about 5 minutes walk. Staff very nice. For traveling to Barcelona do well. Train delayed a lot.

I stayed at this hotel one night from March 9th to 10th, and I caught bedbugs. Avoid this hotel at all costes.

Let's start with the good points: spacious room, comfortable and well soundproofed outwards. There was a promotional offer that I took advantage of, of course. But the problem with that was that there was a whole fauna of young people, resulting in a noise in the hallway until 11pm, as well as in the reception and cafeteria (you had to hang on to find a place). On the noise side, there is also a problem with the pipes: it is very unpleasant when the neighbor upstairs takes his shower at 11 p.m. or 5 a.m. I did not find parking in the street and so I took the garage of the hotel at 10€ a night. Another point I would like to draw Sercotel's attention to is their communication: I must have received almost 10 messages by email or SMS inviting me to register online. And, arriving at the reception to check in, I was again asked to enter my email address; likewise to have access to Wifi. Sercotel will understand that I was particularly upset and that they can certainly do this smarter! One more point. You can feel like you're close to the city center, but in fact, it's practically a 30-minute walk. And the center has no architectural or other interest. The only nice thing is that it's very much alive.
