Aspasios 42 Rambla Catalunya Suites

Amazing location, the apartment is very nice in minutes distance of many shops and restaurants. Staff were easy to communicate with and eager to help. Only a couple of negatives were the door keypad only worked on the last day after getting fixed, we could only open the apartment with a link sent but not ideal as was always worried about phone battery to open apartment. Door was also stiff to open each time. Toilet blocked easily, the maintenance fixed this quickly. Lastly the noise from other apartments is easy to hear, we had neighbours upstairs play loud music two nights in a row, walls are thin and we got unlucky with some bad neighbours. Despite the above would stay again, the standard of the apartment was high and customer service was great and did their best to make our stay great!

They didn't really give us an equivalent or advertised apartment. In fact, not a single real photo of the apartment that we were finally assigned appears in the publications of Aspasios. I received an apartment in a very poor state of maintenance, the floors were worn, old and raised because they had been wet before, the walls stained with scratches, one of the 3 rooms absolutely dark without natural light, the master bedroom had no en suite bathroom, the bathrooms were unpresentable, smelly (urine smell), full of mold and tartar in the shower screens. Almost all day and much of the night a lot of underground noises (subway) They didn't toilet one of the three days we rented. It does not correspond at all to what is paid and reserved. Otherwise, when claiming via whatsApp they tell me that they will send someone to clean and no one ever arrived. I was also offered to refund the amount of two days and now they only offer 10%... which is absolutely ridiculous given the deplorable state of the apartment and the bad experience in general. Another annoying issue is to collect the keys, you have to go somewhere else to find them, you don’t know exactly the direction you will arrive until a few hours before repeating the keys. Aspasios Rambla Catalunya Apartments does not comply with what is advertised or contracted and defraud the client by offering something very different from what was agreed. They have several apartments and it is a lottery that everyone will assign you, in my case I was assigned one that I never saw in photos at the time of booking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND at all staying in these apartments, do not risk suffering a bad time like we had, it is not worth it. Enclosed are actual photos taken on November 1, 2024

To describe this accommodation: "A disaster". Crazy costs, low cleaning and absent staff. Neighborhood not so clean and not even healthy The only nice thing was that you were close to the RambI would not recommend this bad place to anyone....
