B-Hotel

Avoid! You will be asked for a 100 euro deposit on arrival. In our case this was not stated in any of our booking information. When I called the hotel to request this back after it has not been refunded they hung up on me. I would like to point out that we did not use the mini bar and did not give them any reason to withhold this.

We have been regular customers for years, and we were disappointed to see the decline in breakfast service. The quality and quantity of the offerings have decreased significantly, something difficult to justify in a hotel with such high rates. What used to be a varied and well-prepared breakfast has turned into a rather ordinary and even scarce experience. We believe that the quality-price ratio is no longer up to what this hotel promises.

We loved the hotel, well located. We were invited to have a welcome drink on the lovely rooftop bar with the best view in the city. The bartender was very friendly and helpful. The room was well appointed and very modern. There was some noise/ vibration from the subway nearby but was barely noticeable. It is very close to the airport bus at Placa de espana.
