I had a wonderful stay here! Everything was great, but what really stood out was the people and how helpful they were. A special thank you to Juan Andres at the reception, who was incredibly kind and quick to help when my gold chain accidentally fell into the bidet. I asked if someone could help, then went to the beach and didn’t worry about it. When I came back, the chain had already been retrieved without any effort from me and they didn’t charge me anything. Everything was handled so smoothly and professionally. Juan, you were amazing! The hotel is very lucky to have you. Thank you for making an awkward situation completely stress-free! ❤️

In the Booking there was written that we would have had 5 places to sleep, 4 were ok, the fifth was a sofà , not a sofà-bed long Max 170cm where we could not sleep and they did not give us a solution, they just said “we think that it is a sofà-bed so its on you “. So if you are more than 4 do not go there you will have a horrible stay, for the reception you will have to be lucky because one Was gentle and the other Was very very bad in how it responded to you.

We thank the reception staff and in particular Juan for their kindness, their availability, and their efficiency. The hotel is ideally located: very close to the subway and the beach is accessible on foot. The hotel parking was a plus for us.
