Stay from July 19 to 23, room 816, to validate the reality of this review.... Very well welcomed at the reception on the day of our arrival, room ready... Pleasant room, too bad that for a 4* there are no individual products in the bathroom... Evening of July 19, World Cup final... A few giant screens in the restaurant, very good.. The problem of the unfriendly and expensive service... I'm specifying the match is at 9 p.m. ... At 10 p.m. they announced the end of service... Barely had the match finished when everyone had to leave the restaurant without any courtesy.... Didn't have breakfast on-site.. Top-notch location for this hotel, very well connected... Paral.el metro station 50 meters away which also takes you to the airport Line 3 and line 9 allow about 1 hour.... That's it for my review, I recommend this hotel while noting a few points for improvement that could be made

I do like this hotel its close to my son's home ..always clean and you get a very warm welcome...this time how ever for some reason they got the names wrong on our bookings we made two booking due to it being my son's wedding and my husband's daughter coming later in the week not really a problem but confusing how it got mixed up when we made the bookings at separate times and we was booked in for 9 day and her only 4 ....we did however find we had been upgraded (in my stepdaughter name haha ) so that was lovely... As for noise of the Road yes you can hear the Road but its a main Rd so if you don't want to hear the Rd I suggest you ask for a room at the back when you book .. First time we have had breakfast here we had not booked it but on the morning of my son's wedding we ask about having breakfast and it was not a problem great choice of food . When we have gone before you could get free coffee and hot chocolate in the recipient area much to my husband's disappointed the chocolate has gone but you can still get coffee so thats nice cause the coffee in the room is not very nice so take your own is my advice I normally do cause spain doesn't do nice instant coffee (I left mine on the side at home ) .. So on to the pool we have never used it before as we normally stay in winter time yes its small but still nice on a hot day but would say needs some work doing on it as lots of tiles missing and bits of tiles in the water that hurt if you stand on them ..do go to the rooftop as the view is amazing..the gym is not really a gym you can do a workout in as its very small and very limited equipment.. Would i stay here again yes all said and done I think its a lovely clean friendly hotel..
