Tamara and her team do a great job! The made to order breakfast sandwiches are very tasty and there are other nice items to choose from as well. The location is almost ideal where Paral-lel meets La Rambla near the maritime museum. City buses are directly outside, the metro subway is 5 minutes and the two tour bus companies are a 10 minute walk. The staff went out of its way to be helpful, answer questions and solve problems for travelers. Just know that the rooms are not luxurious, but the beds are good and the air conditioning is cold. There's an elevator to accomodate moving your luggage one floor to the rooms. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel YOMO BCN PORT, we found very comfortable, the location near the old port and the barceloneta makes it even better. We stayed in a double room, and felt very comfortable and at ease. We also know that many other passengers stay there because of the proximity to the cruise terminal which is simply steps away. All the staff at the hotel attended us with great kindness and respect. They were helpful throughout. I want to highlight the attention at the TAMARA reception, from minute one made us feel at ease. Your kindness and sympathy stands out at all. Besides speaking several languages. If you are about to travel to Barcelona do not hesitate to stay there. Also be able to walk through the Gothic Quarter, the Barceloneta, Paseo de Gracia, etc... I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back.

I gladly review this which is now in effect a hotel and no longer a hostel. There is still work to be done, to give a renovated to the rooms, which for goodness sake do not fall apart, but are to give it a good "refreshment". Otherwise, the location is very good, 2/300 meters from two metro stops and anyway from the Rambla. The neighborhood seems quiet and safe. The staff is definitely the strength of the hotel, from the manager Tamara always open to any advice even for a different Barcelona to visit and cheparla perfectly Italian, to all the other members of staff, always kind, nice and present. The value for money is there, although, as I said at the beginning, a nice refresh at the hotel should be given.
