4-star hotel located in the Gothic Quarter, one of the most beautiful and characteristic districts of Barcelona, the hotel is perfect from the rooms to the extremely friendly staff, there were 5 of us and we stayed in a real suite not with the usual 5 beds aligned.

Hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, the food is fresh. My issue is the air conditioner never worked in the room. I went several times to front desk and spoke to several people who claim they were going to take a look and fix the problem. They said technician will take a look at it the following day. Problem was never resolved. This is unfortunate because yhe hotel is beautiful. However, having a warm room is not an enjoyable stay.
