Long & complicated codes system to have access, very noisy room you feel to have the windows open on the road .. cold temperature and no way to regulate the heating, not so clean and healthy .. definitively to avoid!

If you want to ruin your holiday in Barcelona this is the right place!!! We booked through booking and the room did not reflect the photos on the site in the slightest. Small, bathroom without window and the only window in the room overlooked the balcony of the next room, therefore forcing us to always keep the curtains drawn! Not to mention the strong bad smell present in the bathroom and throughout the room... so much so that we were forced to keep the window open a little during the night because the smell made us feel nauseous. Rude, rude staff, they don't care at all about the customer, manager who is never there when you need them... maybe they should change jobs. The icing on the cake was that the cleaning lady tripped on the carpet (it can happen) and accidentally spilled some bleach on our clothes, ruining them!!! The facility was initially kind to inform me of what had happened, telling me to send photos of the damaged items and that they would provide a refund... to date I still haven't received anything. I left a bad review on booking (my right) and they allowed themselves to call me saying that if I had deleted the review then they would have refunded it, otherwise they would have kept the amount since my review had a negative impact on them . I then deleted the review but they disappeared, I asked for feedback several times without receiving a response and when I raised my tone they felt offended by my behavior and for them the situation ended here, blocking me on whatz app. I then took contact booking assistance who partially resolved the problem by providing a symbolic refund. Now I'm waiting for a refund from the cleaning company.... this hotel is real rubbish in terms of customer comfort and management. They deserve to close.

Very very small rooms, but especially very dirty: moldy shower floor, dysfunctional sink, mold under the bed, moldy and dirty bedside table, hair in bed, stains on the walls and extremely odorous. who suffers from asthma dies in 2 days here!nothing compensates for the lack of hygiene found by us: the location, the attitude of the employees, the breakfast, NOTHING!!
