Casp74 Apartments

Title: Terrible Experience – Overpriced, Moldy, and Falling Apart I booked the most expensive apartment category at Casp 74 Apartments and paid a premium price, but what we received was completely uninhabitable. Here are the main issues with our stay: * Severe Maintenance & Hygiene Issues: The bathrooms are covered in rust and mold, and the ceiling is literally peeling and falling apart. The entire apartment is unclean, and they do not provide daily housekeeping services. * Broken Amenities: The dishwasher is completely broken and severely rusted inside, making it entirely unusable. We are aware that there are renovated apartments in much better condition in this building. However, when I complained at the reception, I was simply told the property was fully booked and no room switch was possible. Their only solution was to offer a cancellation. This is completely unacceptable for several reasons: * I booked this apartment a year in advance for a large group of friends so we could stay together. * There is currently a major festival taking place in the city, making it virtually impossible to find alternative accommodation nearby on short notice for a party of five. Paying top-tier prices for a rundown, poorly maintained apartment and receiving zero real support from management is disgraceful. I strongly advise against booking here.

Excellent location for visiting Barcelona, great services, wonderful staff, got an upgrade to chic apt. on 5th floor, value for money is well worth it. Had an amazing 2 week stay from June 27th to July 11th with my 2 granddaughters (aged 19 & 17). Muchas gracias to all at Casp74 for a memorable vacation. Would definitely recommend it for families/couples and friends. Right near La Saga coffee shop (excellent menu, not just coffee) and Condis for small groceries needs.

Apartment in a very convenient location, close to the Rambles, within walking distance you can find great bars for breakfast or restaurants. Apartment clean and spacious, reception always available and kind. We had a great time!!
