Very disappointing experience. Upon arrival in the room, the bathroom was in an unacceptable state, with obvious dirt. The only solution we were offered was for the receptionist to clean it, and we were confirmed that no other room was available.
Faced with this situation, we had to leave the hotel, find other emergency accommodation, move to another area and assume additional expenses such as parking.
Although they refunded the amount of the stay, they have disregarded the expenses arising from their error.
Very unprofessional management for such a serious incident.
