Ciutat Granollers

We were a group staying for a week, and we were all very disappointed in this hotel. overall this place is okay ish but certainly not a 4*. The worst is the staff. They were rude and unhelpful. We had dinner one night and the waiter refused to take our drink order first and insisted to take the food order first, he didn’t come back for the drinks. We had to wait for his colleague later on to pick up where he had left. Upon arrival, one of us asked for a quiet room, and was told that if there was any noise, it would be because of our group. By that time, no one from our group had arrived at all, so the remark was totally inappropriate. Then another colleague was in front of the door at 7 AM to get breakfast and was told off by a member of staff who had to open the door on time. I would not recommend this hotel, at least not for business purpose

I just spent four nights in this hotel and the result is not noisy. The soundproofing of my room was catastrophic. I could hear the wind blowing outside so much that I felt like I was sleeping in a boat. The bathroom was out of age: impossible to take a bath because no system to close the bathtub, traces of rust in the bathtub, low-end shower curtain .... No international TV channels. The only positive was the breakfast with a well stocked buffet

Great hotel, great breakfast, great courtesy and great restaurant... they were 5 days really exceptional... I highly recommend it both for relaxing days and for business .. we will return to the next occasion..... I recommend it
