Poor organization from the beginning. They assigned us a room that at 4:30 PM was still being cleaned; back to reception and a room change. The paid parking is €10; they assign you a number, and when you return, the space is occupied; we go back to reception and they change our parking space. The next morning, the water from the shower in the upper floor flooded our sink. We spent a few hours in this hotel to which I will not return. P.S. In the photos, it appears that there is a pool, but in reality, there is no pool; it is a pond that is out of use. The positive aspect was the receptionist in the morning and the breakfast.

Very dirty and with total lack of maintenance. The rooms need total renovation. As an example, the shower pear lost jet and I find that they had placed had a plastic bag knotted in the pear. Obviously, it didn't work very long.

My boyfriend and I went on holiday with a couple of friends and stayed 3 days in Barcelona in this hotel. Recommend? Not at all! We arrived the hotel is located in the "problematic" periphery of Barcelona where there are a favorable amount of drugged and portfolios. To start the resection of the hotel was in works, and the girl we attended was not very friendly. In the hotel there are between 4 and 5 elevators in which they all blow a lot and make immense noise of chains, including that one of them has the wires of the panel outside. The stairs are an authentic labyrinth, not being stuck in an elevator or in the stairs was an authentic miracle. Moving to the rooms, my room had a clear corner of the wall, was with the wall full of black scissors and had very little light, two candlesticks on the front desk tables and two headlamps on the table and light in the small entrance hall. Our television was not bad but, I don't understand the fact that there were no films in other languages were giving international films all doubled in Spanish. Of the beds there is nothing to point out were comfortable and clean as well as the pillows. Already in the bathroom our shower had rust in the ralo and one of the nights we did not have hot water and has little glass protection which caused that when bathing normally the floor was all wet, otherwise the bathroom is clean and the toilet paper is a bit rough. The other couple's room smelled immense paint and had a meaningless pillar in the middle of the room as you can see in the photos. The good part of this hotel is undoubtedly to have water and coffee without having to pay 24/7 and some of the receptionists are super attentive and available to advise on tourist questions.
