Domus Selecta Can Galvany

I mean, the hotel is small and nice but for 4 stars and what it costs I don't think it's the right thing to do. The pool and garden are very nice. The little room. In the bathroom, to wash your hands you have to use the bath gel. The bed is quite comfortable but the pillows too soft and thin. They leave you 2 bottles of water but there is nothing in the fridge.... Cleanliness is good. In short, it's fine but not worth what it costs.

There is no restaurant or bar service. The spa has no air conditioning and the massage rooms are suffocating. The massages are very expensive and they cover you with stiff bedding. Very unprofessional, 5-star price and we paid to be smeared with cheap cream. It's a shame because the place is very beautiful.

We came regularly to CAN GALVANY and we were very satisfied with our stays. The hotel was taken over by a group probably with Chinese capital and the current services are well below what one would expect from a four-star establishment: no restaurant, maintenance of the outdoor spaces and in particular the furniture completely neglected, breakfast correct but below four stars. The rooms are clean but the furniture is very old. Additionally, you don’t expect to hear the reception staff speaking Chinese…. Even if we have to accept globalization, we must respect European standards. The rooms are 124€ all the same….
