Upon arrival, I contracted the hotel parking and noticed that in the parking spaces designated for hotel guests, there is a water leak from the downspouts. I reported it at the reception, and they assured me that they would notify the technical service. I left my vehicle parked for the 5 days of my stay, and when I picked up the car at the end of my stay, I found it very dirty due to the water leak that had not stopped since the first day, as it continued to leak when I left, and the garage had an abundance of water on the floor and a very unpleasant smell. Neither the director nor the hotel chain's management took responsibility for the costs of washing the car. There was a clear disregard for the customer and a manifest lack of attention by arguing that the parking is not owned by the hotel. I did pay for my stay at the hotel.

Yesterday 17/12 I tried to make a reservation directly from the web, trying to reward direct sales to avoid commission marketing. However, once I tried to make the reservation online, it gave me error. The initial rate of the website was 95.5€, as there was a 10% discount applied if you booked directly through the website. When I called to report the error I asked to be booked by phone. First I received a refusal of the requested help apologizing that he could not help me and that he waited a while to book me. After insisting and explaining that I have been working in a travel agency for 8 years, he gave in to send me a link to complete the payment. He sent me the rate without the 10% discount. I claimed this difference, both on the phone and at the front desk. The guy at the front desk told me he couldn't help me. I have filled out a claim sheet to claim this matter. I have been informed that today the director was going to call me (spoiler: he has not called me) It’s no longer claiming the 10€, it’s the impotence of knowing how the sector works and that no one can help me because they really don’t want to, since modifying a price in a PMS is very simple. I will continue to pursue the process through the appropriate route to try to combat these abusive attitudes.
