Disappointing for a hotel that presents itself as family-friendly.
Stay in a family room, with small children. The problems piled up from the first day:
— Crib requested by email the day before arrival: it was not set up. We had to ask for it two more times at the front desk.
— A party with loud music organized right below our family room. We went down to the front desk 3 or 4 times; they assured us it would end at 11:00 PM. It continued until 1:30 AM. Impossible to sleep with children.
— Safety issues: broken lamps in the room with metal tips sticking out of the shades, and broken glass around the pool, where children walk barefoot.
— Eating on the terrace prohibited during the entire stay. No pool towels. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Room for €250/night with views of the parking lot.
— Restaurant far below expectations: inedible defrosted dishes and very long waits.
The worst part: when complaining to customer service, the response was to deny the facts and refuse any compensation.
We will not return.
