Hello, I spent only one night, the hotel very nice, very good room, spacious, spacious bathroom. Fantastic breakfast, varied. very good staff. Most importantly, I want to thank the front desk staff because during my stay my optical glasses remained, I wrote them and they were stored. When I asked for dispatch to Chile, they were kind enough to deliver to the transport that would send them to the address requested. Thank you very much to all the staff who helped to make this happen. Not always in hotels they worry so much about a guest. I recommend them a thousand times.

Exe Barbera Park Hotel Barcelona ; 14.11.2025 / 16.11.2015 We stayed with my daughter for 2 nights. I’m talking about the staff first; they’re very obsessed and they don’t care about any problems. I won’t say anything good for the rest, except for the lady at the front desk on entry day. And especially the glamorous waitress in the breakfast room, and the gentleman in the thin brown glasses, would definitely not have finished this complaint without mentioning you. You're abnormally offensive and unassuming of people, they think we don't understand your language, they say and laugh so ugly words about the guests in themselves that you can't believe. The beds were unclean, and when I lifted the cleanly cooled sheet, the feathers of those before us were still on the bed. Bathroom was in bullshit. Definitely don’t go—it’s not a hotel to stay, it’s bad for health and hygiene.

We went as a group. There was only one employee looking at the bar and restaurant side. We asked for hot water from the bar and gave it to us and then went back to the restaurant section where we poured our coffee into the hot waters we got and went to the bar side to get the mixer missing I took a few mixers and then the woman at the reception came and took what I could, quickly threw me down and quickly pushed me out without any warning. The employees were very rude.
