From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, elegant, and beautifully maintained the hotel was. The rooms and public areas were immaculate, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, and everything was of a very high standard.
The food was outstanding, with a fantastic selection at breakfast and delicious meals throughout our visit. A special mention must go to David, the head waiter, whose professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were exceptional. He was always willing to help, ensuring every guest felt welcome and well looked after.
We would also like to thank Paloma, who served us at breakfast each morning. She greeted us with a warm smile every day and was always cheerful, joyful, and eager to assist with anything we needed. Her positive attitude made each morning a pleasure and is a real credit to the hotel.
