Feelathome Beach Apartments

After you book you assign a wet basement appointment! Terrible! Wet bed .. in the morning you wake up and find your clothes wet from moisture! I have photos 40 photos!!! I'm too good is to report! We called, but no one's answering! Be careful!!!

Everything was good. Staff is awesome, helpful, they speak very good English. Upon check in the keys aren't just given, but you get a guide in your apartment. We had a wifi problem, was solved very fast, wifi is perfect to watch a movie in the evenings even with more devices. The apartment is clean, the kitchen has everything (even more) you need. Poblenau is a nice neighbourhood, the beach is 5 minutes away, its really worth a visit and is beautiful, loads of shops and restaurants nearby, you can buy all your gifts within walking distance, the metro is close so it is easy to get to anywhere you want. All in all great experience, if i come to Barcelona again i'll choose them!

We booked direct and have had first class service from booking , through our stay and up to check out. The apartments are in a great location, very near to supermarket, ramblas, beach and metro station. All along the ramblas are fabulous bars and restaurants. Check in was easy and efficient as we arrived later we just had to follow instructions to get all our keys, this worked well. The apartment was spotless, kitchen was well supplied with everything needed to cook if you wished to. The apartment block felt very safe and was well lit. When I visited office the staff were very welcoming and helpful in order for me to complete the check in process. When we arrived at the airport we had arranged for the free transfer, unfortunately the taxi was not waiting for us. We followed the instructions and the staff at the apartments answered straight away and sorted the issue, we had a taxi very quickly after our phone call. We hope to return again.
