The Feelathome Barcelona Hotel offers an excellent location to explore the city, with comfortable, clean, and well-equipped rooms. Its staff is friendly and attentive, which contributes to a pleasant and practical stay, ideal for both tourism and business trips.

Among the most important problems: - Partition of the room inefficient, you can hear everything said on the other side of the wall in the apartment next door. Difficult, if not impossible, result to sleep due to noise. The window in the bedroom that doesn't lock. Forced to leave the shutters closed. The part of the room where the blades are missing. As a result, it does not close entirely and therefore lets in light. The missing microwave button. Not practical. The living room sofa completely stoned and therefore very uncomfortable. And I'm not talking about the bet bed we didn't have to use, but just sofa. -Dirty and damaged living room carpet. Cleaning more than approximate. It was really dirty in places, we had to clean up when we arrived. -Complaint of the very damaged kitchen. - Locking the window in the living room also broken, but a DIY done by the establishment allows to block the window with a screw. Not very convenient or reassuring. - Fridge that made a lot of noise - Shower door that does not close completely and leaks at the joint on the fixed part of the wall causing flooding on the floor. The street was supposed to be quiet, but unfortunately, there were works. As the acoustics of the windows is more than shabby (no effective joints since no window locking), we took advantage of the noise of the generator set of the construction site. Pros: - Person from the reception very friendly and available. - Suitable bedding (but not exceptional) - large bathroom (but lacks as often enough to put his things and hang his clothes). - Luggage storage for the day of departure that allows you to leave the suitcases (attention there is little).

CON ARTISTS!! I requested to extend my stay by one night, but they never communicated to me that this was possible until the day I arrived, at which point I had already made alternative arrangements. Yet they have still charged me and a refusing to refund the extra night. Awful Experience, Con artists, terrible customer service. DO NOT TRUST!
