Gran Derby Suite

Close to many restaurants and pastry shops, has an outdoor pool on the roof, and there's playground across the street. Staff are all very kind. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

We ended our cruise in Barcelona with an unexpected nightmare when our airline canceled our flight. We were scrambling to find a hotel at the last minute and came across the Gran Derby Suite. What a wonderful surprise! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and immediately helped calm what had been a very stressful day. The young woman at the front desk was a breath of fresh air. She was incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. She took the time to explain everything about the hotel, recommended local attractions and restaurants, and made sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Thanks to the outstanding hospitality, what started as a terrible travel experience ended on a very positive note. We are so grateful to the team at Gran Derby Suite and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. We’ll definitely stay here again if we’re back in the city

A fantastic stay at the Gran Derby Suites. Location was perfect as was within walking distance to plenty of shops, bars and restaurant's and can easily get a taxi pretty much outside of the hotel. We had a Duplex room which was very clean and perfect for our stay (room smelled lovely). The only thing I would note is that you are not able to log into things like Netflix on the TV's unlike most places we stay. the hotel was exceptionally clean and it was great to have a swimming pool to relax around when we came back from a day of sightseeing (especially with the temperatures we had when there). Service was brilliant and someone was always on hand if we needed anything. All in all a great trip to Barcelona and we certainly picked the right place to stay. Would highly recommend
