Excellent experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the stay exceeded our expectations. I would return without a doubt.

Very good hotel with spacious and well-maintained spa facilities. The rooms were very spacious and pleasant; we went during a heatwave, but both in the hotel and in the rooms, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and when turned off, the coolness lasted all night. The staff was very kind and attentive. One downside was that our mattress and pillow were not to our liking, and there was a bit of a lack of maintenance in some areas, although they were already working on others. Complete breakfast.

❌ TOTAL SCAM: A neglected hostel disguised as a 4-star hotel. They ignore the customers! We stayed one Saturday night at the Hotel Blancafort Spa Termal, attracted by its supposed 4-star rating and the promise of a relaxing stay. It has been the worst hotel experience of our lives. After trying to resolve this privately by sending a detailed email to the hotel management, they have decided to ignore us completely and not respond. I am making this review public to warn other travelers so that no one else falls for this scam. The beautiful entrance facade is a simple set piece. What is inside denotes an intolerable abandonment, lack of hygiene, and neglect. Rotten food in the common areas. Disregard for the customer begins in the lobby itself. In the bar area, they have a courtesy station with water and fruit. There were always glasses missing, but the fruit situation was unheard of: the apples were COMPLETELY ROTTEN; they fell apart in your hand just by touching them (literally). The most serious thing is that we saw how the staff refilled the bowl with more apples that were in the same state of decomposition, as if they were leftovers from weeks ago. What kind of 4-star hotel offers organic trash to its guests? Room destroyed and without maintenance Zero respect for rest: We expressly requested a quiet room away from traffic. They assigned us a room right next to an elevator and directly in front of a huge event hall with a capacity for more than 50 people. Prehistoric and broken furniture: The room door drags with such force that it has left deep, permanent grooves in the floor that they have never repaired. The nightstands and the desk are destroyed, with the paint completely peeled off, dents, and, to top it off, cigarette burns. How many years has smoking been prohibited in hotels in Spain? They haven't even had the decency to give a coat of paint to old and mistreated furniture. Third-world climate control: The air conditioning thermostat had no batteries or the cover for them. When calling the front desk to report that it wasn't working, the solution from this supposed "4-star" hotel was to tell us to go into the closet, open the room's main electrical panel, and manually activate the circuit breaker. Of course, we were left freezing/roasting with no possibility whatsoever of regulating the room temperature. A 4-star hotel... Unsanitary bathroom and serious lack of hygiene It's not that the bathroom was old, it's that it was dirty. The floor has dark stains and tremendous rings of grime embedded everywhere; the corners are black and the grout is full of dirt accumulated over months. To top it off, the sink drain is completely missing the stopper or the protective grate. It is a black hole open to the void; if you drop a ring or an earring while washing your face, you lose it forever in the pipes. ⚠️ Conclusion: An absolute deception This place is a decadent, dirty, and poorly managed hotel that survives by deceiving people with the marketing of its entrance and its past. It doesn't even meet the standards of a roadside motel. Don't throw your money away here. We are already processing the corresponding official complaint with the Consumer Affairs agency of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Avoid it at all costs!
