Fantastic hotel great location for airport and cruise terminal, and nice leisurely walk into town centre, staff really helpful and friendly. The room was amazing very clean and the the bed was one of the most comfiest beds we have slept in, I would definitely recommend this hotel

Very good location, staff friendly and nice. The carpet in the hallways needs to be replaced. Breakfast was good. Room large and good. Rituals products in the bathroom were also very good. All in all, a good hotel and worth recommending.

When my card was declined due to an international transaction restriction, I asked the hotel to resend the payment link through Booking.com's messaging system. They confirmed they would — and then sent completely different messages instead, never following through. Shortly after, they cancelled the booking unilaterally, 10 days before arrival. They made a promise in writing and didn't keep it. I was left scrambling for last-minute accommodation.
