stayed at this hotel for one night, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. On the morning of check-out, I accidentally left a charger plugged into the wall. It was a high-quality charger worth around €100–€120. I realized it shortly after leaving and returned to the hotel within an hour. To my surprise, the charger had completely disappeared. I spoke with the receptionist, who was unable to locate it or provide any explanation. It was simply gone. Considering how little time had passed, this situation is quite concerning. I would strongly advise guests to be extremely careful with their belongings. If you forget something in your room, regardless of its value, there is a real risk that it will not be found again. Unfortunately, no compensation or refund was offered for the lost item. Very disappointing experience.

We had 3 nights here and found the hotel to be adequate. Our room was clean but there are things that require upgrading especially in the bathroom. They were renovating a room opposite so there was quite a lot of dust in the corridor. The hotel is out of the way but was perfectly suited for us.

Very pleasurable stay. Easy to find and very close to metro stations. 5 minute walk to a few squares with bars and restaurants. Easy to check in with the happy chatty staff who spoke excellent English. Room was very clean and shower powerful Good nights sleep with not a trace of noise on the second floor easily accessible by lift or stairs. Free tee and coffee at the self service in the lobby with crisp beer wine and snacks operated on an honesty basis. Would definitely stay again if returning to Barcelona
