Happy People Ramblas Harbour Apartments

Disappointed! poorly maintained accommodation Unfortunately, our stay at Happy People Ramblas Harbour was very disappointing. While the apartment was reasonably clean and the location fairly convenient, the overall condition and quality were well below what we expected from professionally managed tourist accommodation. Maintenance is clearly lacking: extensive rust in the main bathroom and on the kitchen window fittings, stained and deteriorated surfaces, poor finishes and several cheap, makeshift construction solutions throughout the apartment. The second bathroom was particularly problematic: extremely poor design, virtually no space for personal items, no hooks for towels, an empty soap dispenser and a flimsy sliding OSB door with large gaps offering very little privacy. An adjacent opening towards an exterior area was also covered with an OSB panel that did not even reach the floor, leaving a clearly visible gap underneath. Overall, the apartment feels cheaply adapted for tourist use, with insufficient attention to maintenance, functionality and guest comfort. I would not recommend it and would not stay here again.

Very good location Super communication Clean and practically laid out

Very pretty apartment, clean, comfortable, spacious, and decorated with great taste. We felt very comfortable there. A parking lot is very close by, the Wi-Fi is top-notch, and the entry system is very secure. The location is also ideal, 10 minutes from La Rambla. An address that I recommend without hesitation!
