HCC Lugano

We were 5 days well staying in the Hotel Arco. A good choice. The check-in was easy and quick. The location is perfect, close to everything and the Metro. Excellent room, spacious, clean, high floor, as we requested. An excellent bath to relax. Quiet room, despite being located on a very busy Avenue. Super comfortable bed, new and clean bed linen and pillows, providing an excellent sleep. Breakfast is very good, with food options of great quality. Cold, hot dishes, fruits, drinks, breads, large restaurant. You need to improve the care of the staff at the cafe. The elevators are new, there are no congestion despite the many guests. On the last day, we were surprised by the anticipation of the check-out time, different from what we acquired on our reservation from Hotels.com. I believe the reception needs to be improved. It was a very good period of accommodation.

The hotel is located in a very good part of the city, next to Spania Square and close to metro stations, shopping centers, restaurants and supermarkets Plus on our next visit to Barcelona the only standard will be the hotel!!!!! The staff are very helpful. They help with maps, taxis, and every need we had while visiting Barcelona. Highly recommend Hotel Lugano.
