Location in a quiet and secluded area of Barcelona. There are nearby places to eat; across the street, there is a well-stocked café that is very helpful. Significant distance to the most sought-after sites to be visited by tourists; the first impression upon entering is the hotel's antiquity; it needs to be updated. and/or modernized to the current era. Use the card to go up to the floor in the elevator (no one informs at reception). Our room on the upper floor faced the street, and during the night, we heard noises and sirens because the window was not soundproofed; the furniture was very outdated, not functional, with very little space to place the suitcases; they replenished water every day; we had a coffee maker only for coffee, not tea; there was a bottle of wine and 2 green apples as a courtesy. The elevators are very small, the hallways desperately need new lights (very dim) and carpets (very worn). Bathroom with the necessary and precise items, although the fixtures are very old, both in the sink and the shower. Normal breakfast, classic foods, nothing to highlight or stand out; you have to arrive early; there are products that are not replenished; everything is just enough; the table distribution is quite uncomfortable, with very few round tables for families and rectangular ones with high benches that are not practical for older people or those with limited mobility. Borja at breakfast stands out for his charisma and friendliness with all the guests; on the other hand, the reception staff lacks empathy for any concerns raised by the guests; they only limit themselves to responding with just enough and do not provide any extra details that may be useful for getting around the vicinity, nor do they make the stay warm for those staying at the hotel. Get another hotel with a location more accessible to tourist attractions

Just fantastic! Spectacular cleaning, top breakfast and very kind staff especially the guy at breakfasts a real gem!
