Cozy room well maintained and clean, friendly and helpful staff, hearty breakfast and a good choice of products

I received a message from the hotel that they had a security breach and as a result my personal data was shared. This is bad enough but to make things worse when i contacted them to ask them to remove all my personal information and credit card details and to cancel my booking they did not respond. I have tried to contact them twice. In the meantime i have received a number of spam messages. Hotel Serhs have taken no respinsibility for this. Extremely unprofessional!

Recently stayed here and was very happy with our experience. The staff were friendly and very helpful (especially Bianca at the front desk). The breakfast is one of the best we have had at a hotel for some time. They also minded our bags 11 days later after being on a cruise. Great location as well.
