Hotel and Spa Villa Olimpica Suites

Spa is lovely and relaxing by far our favourite part of the hotel. The waiters were lovely however, the rest of the staff were very rude and not accommodating to guests. The rules about the bar are plain stupid. They want you to get your drinks outside however, they tell you to go inside but you can’t pay at the inside bar even though they have a cash and card machine. The hotel closes early and will not allow guests to play cards and watch the football and will turn the lights off on you in front reception and when you challenge them they laugh and walk away. They don’t have any maple or golden syrup they just give you ice cream syrups for your pancakes at breakfast. The chicken was under cooked and very raw. The hotel room is lovely however, it smelt like actual sewage all times of the day which is very disgusting. I would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend anyone else to either.

A very pleasant surprise and excellent value for Barcelona. While the exterior is fairly understated, the hotel feels much more modern once inside. We were offered a reasonable early check-in and received a room upgrade, which was a great start to the stay. The front desk team was efficient, friendly, and handled check-in quickly. The location worked well for both business and leisure, with easy access to the city while avoiding some of the busier tourist areas. The spa was another highlight. While not large, it includes a pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and relaxation areas that were perfect for unwinding after a day of meetings or sightseeing. Internet speed was reliable throughout the stay, making it suitable for remote work as well. Overall, a comfortable and modern hotel that works equally well for business travellers and city-break visitors.

I stayed at this hotel from the 14th to the 17th with a group of friends. My son forgot his watch in the room. We noticed it right away and informed the reception. The watch was never found again.
