The experience was not bad, but for a 4-star hotel, it does not correspond to what a 4-star hotel should be, and at the front desk, nobody knew how to inform you of anything except CARLOS, who was excellent, the only person at the hotel who knew how to answer what you asked him, very kind and friendly; the rest of the front desk was useless, so I give Carlos a passing grade and fail the rest.

The hotel smells musky. The rooms are a good size but the bed is very uncomfortable. The floor in the bathroom looks like its never been cleaned. Breakfast was a disaster, the food was so horrible and both days we ate we both had a stomach ache. Overall for what you pay here you cannot expect much but beware. It is also run by children. I did not see one person who looked over 18 working there. Not sure why

The hotel leaves to be desired, not even 4 stars, closed restaurant service, small television, the bathroom tap almost impracticable, the shower fell along with the stand, the hose loose, the breakfast poor... in short, very improveable.
