IBIS Mollet Hotel - Barcelona Very Good! Comfort, Large Room, Impeccable Bathroom! Hearty buffet for a good breakfast! Truly pleasant, smiling, attentive, available welcome! Hotel, highly recommended. Next to an ESCLAT supermarket.

The property is very nice, clean and well located. Mollet de Valles is a green village with large public spaces. Unfortunately, however, the staff are very impolite and make not insignificant mistakes: - I asked for information about a free parking outside the hotel and, upon learning that it does not allow vehicles over 2 m, I was told in annoying tone to search for it on Google Maps. -I was given a key (in card format) that opened the room of a couple already inside. I went into “my room” and found a couple making love. It was very embarrassing for everyone. -I was not well served at the bar, I was hungry and ordered snacks given the late hour, and they answered to go outside because in 10 minutes they closed. The ashtrays on the terrace are very dirty.

this hotel does not say that its parking has a limited height and does not accept to cancel a reservation when we learned after only that there was this constraint - no commercial gesture or means of negotiation - no acknowledgement of lack of clear information about parking we just tell you no it is not correct at all!
