During my stay, the fire alarm went on. It appeared that the hotel is not connected to the Barcelona fire brigade, which is already concerning. Even more alarming, the receptionist decided to turn off the alarm by himself, without following proper EU fire safety procedures. There was no thorough check of each individual room and common area, no evacuation process, and no confirmation that all guests were safe. Handling a fire alarm this way seriously endangers the safety of all guests. Fire alarms are not a technical inconvenience, they are a critical safety system and must be treated according to strict regulations.

Had a few days in Barcelona and stayed here with my son. What a great hotel staff were excellent and very friendly, rooms were lovely and very clean. Great breakfast selection and very tasty. Location is perfect 5 minute walk to Camp Nou ,Metro station opposite the hotel, lots of bars cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Will definitely book here again
