Despite a strict 'no noise after 10pm' rule - which BTW we appreciate in principle - on our first night the resident above was hammering their floor / our ceiling at well past 10pm, then a helicopter...

Strict noise regulations (between 22:00-09:00) could be an issue for some customers. Apartment wasn't particularly clean - despite a 40€ cleaning fee added to reservation cost prior to our stay...
