The hotel is perfectly situated in the best central area of the city, close to the train station, in a beautiful quarter. Quiet at night, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Clean, helpful personnel available H24. Strongly recommend!

I am beyond disappointed with this hotel's lack of basic empathy and "inhumane" business practices. Due to an unexpected flight cancellation, I contacted the hotel 24 hours before my check-in time to explain the situation. Despite the circumstances being completely out of my control, they showed zero flexibility. I even offered to pay a full night’s stay as a cancellation fee to meet them halfway. Instead, they insisted on charging me for all 3 nights—collecting money for a room they knew would be empty and that I couldn't possibly reach. I even reached out to Booking.com to help negotiate, but the hotel management flatly refused to budge. It is clear this establishment prioritizes a quick profit over human decency and customer loyalty. If you want a hotel that treats you like a person and not just a credit card number, stay somewhere else. I will never return and strongly advise others to avoid booking here.

Superb, clean, spacious, quiet, the reception very welcoming and friendly, great location because on a beautiful safe street and with many luxury shops, perfect for those who like to take a walk. 10/15min away from all the most famous attractions. Highly recommended
