Salles Hotel Ciutat del Prat

We celebrated my parents' wedding at this hotel with very little preparation time and the result was a 10. Everything was perfectly organized and taken care of down to the detail. We want to especially thank Jaume, the maître d', for his professionalism, approachability, and excellent treatment and poise. Also to Toni, the DJ, who did a fantastic job and managed to make the party unforgettable. Without a doubt, we recommend this hotel to celebrate any event. Thank you very much for making that day such a special memory!

We booked the hotel for "day use" because we had a long wait between disembarking the cruise ship and our flight home. It was very well located near the airport (including airport shuttle) in a rather quiet residential area, but there were still some restaurants and small shops nearby. The room was rather small, but that is generally the case in Barcelona. The bed was comfortable, the window could be opened, and so we were able to dry our swimwear well right away. There was a desk and an electric kettle for tea or coffee. The TV also had Netflix, and so we spent the waiting time watching TV in addition to a trip into the city and a little exercise. The room also had a spacious bathroom with toiletries, so we were able to shower before our return flight. Perfect. The staff was very professional and friendly. Even though we only stayed for one day and not overnight, we had access to all services. There were only a few lounge chairs by the pool, but that was sufficient; we were alone anyway and only came to swim. For a longer stay by the pool, the ambiance is not quite that inviting. Next to the pool, there was also a sauna.

Very noisy. Busy road. Hen/stag party above us loud till early hours of the morning reception not helpful. Vegetarian food awful. On the plus side the bed were super comfy and the atmosphere was great. Loved the sunset bar ant the restaurant staff were amazing. Shame we didn’t get much sleep.
