I loved it, very good service, I was on floor 4 room 406 very clean!! Lela the lady who does the room cleaning is very kind and professional just like the waiters, the facility is very pretty, I recommend it!!

They gave me a suite instead of the double room I had reserved since they had no availability. The suite they gave me was in one of the corners of the hotel; it had a large living room with plenty of light as it faced two sides of the building, one towards the pool. The bed was quite comfortable and had wardrobes on both sides. As for the bathroom, it was spectacular; it had a jacuzzi tub and a shower. Located near a commercial area, but to get to the beach, you need to take a car or taxi. It is located near a highway, and the noise is somewhat high.

Terrible. 11:15 AM and there is no outlet to buy a coffee. I asked Perla Zepeda at the bar, and she told me no because she had already closed her register. It is a shame that a hotel does not have a place to buy a coffee with milk on a Saturday at 11:15 AM.
