Vrabac Guesthouse

We spent 6 nights here, pitcked vrabac after friends reference. It has an absolut perfect central location and a very reasonable price (what - according to experience is more than good)! Its not a hotel, so no staff or room service there, you only got the key after arriving, but there is kitchen and washing machine for use! Our room was big, had a kind of small private kitchen and ensuit bathroom. The room looks interesting, a bit oldish, but has the mood. Sleeping comfort is good, bathroom nice and big (ok, the tap needs to be repair, because its button jumps back to stop after seconds, i guess it will be repaired) Cleanliness is just perfect, much more than expected, the guesthouse at all is quiet, and has the perfect location for a visit. surrounding - same quality - hotels was much more expensive... So we had a great time there, thanks again for Nicolás&Oscar&Marina!

Our first trip to Spain started with 4 nights in Barcelona staying at VRABAC guest house. The guest house is conveniently located just off Las Ramblas, yet was still quiet and the bed was comfortable. A/C worked well enough to keep the room cool. Although Oscar and Nicolas are very friendly, we only saw them once when we arrived and they showed us our room. You can reach them by email if you have any questions. VRABAC may be a better option for those familiar with Barcelona. All in all, this guesthouse worked just fine and was a good value for the location.

My mom and I booked the single room. I was worried it would be small and did not look as luxurious as the other rooms in the photos but was pleasantly surprised. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. The breakfast was great with a wonderful courtyard patio. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. I did not read the full description before arriving, so was not prepared for the several flights of stairs. This was ok for me but my mom had a bad knee with limited the frequency we went 'in and out' of the room during the day. The owner was nice enough to carry her heavy luggage up the stairs upon arrival. I would definitely recommend.
