Ayre Rosellon Hotel

Rooftop bar has an amazing view of La Sagrada Familia! They gave preference to those staying at the hotel, which I appreciated. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Location was great, with several stores and restaurants nearby, although a little bit away from main city areas such as Gothic Quarter/Las Ramblas/shopping districts.

We stayed 5 nights at the Sercotel Rosellon near the Sagrada Familia. The hotel position is very good and we did not experience any issue with the staff, everyone was really friendly, helpful and polite. We were given room 106, and yes, you can hear some noise from the street. This mainly due to the lack of noise insulation in the hotel, but it was never a real problem. The air conditioning in the room worked very well but the reception area was definitely too cold. As hotel guests we managed to visit the rooftop 4 times. It is a nice perk, as securing a table as non resident is really challenging. Make sure to book at least one day in advance or first thing in the morning. It is not needed for hotel guests but it is always better to reserve a table. The rooms were always cleaned very well every day. Overall a very good stay and we will be happy to come back again!

Walking distance to La Sagrada, metro, cafes! Clean, comfortable, quiet room for rest at night! Paid extra for room view, so worth it, every morning and night! Expansive breakfast buffet with coffee options and fresh squeezed orange juice! Hotel residents have choice of evenings on rooftop terrace, with amazing view of La Sagrada and city, great service, delicious tapas! Hotel staff exceed service-set up your rides to/from airport, supply city map, local tips, and extra towels, ensure you have the best vacation!
