Fira Congress Barcelona Hotel

The hotel got flooded we were told if we booked another hotel they would refund us 3 days later they still won’t refund DONT STAY HERE

Lovely for a short trip away , the pool is relaxing and tranquil mostly but there was a few kids at times - but you can’t help that. Only £15 for an uber into the centre and easy to get too and from on the metro if needed, Mounir at the bars was amazing and a lovely person, shout out to him . Good over all hotel would recommend for a city break

We were at this hotel for 2 nights on the way there and 1 night on the way back from our cruise. The agency booked 1 triple elegance room because we are 3 adults, so the third person is 22 years old. We got 1 double room with a folding cot that they added on the side, placed under the AC, so it was impossible to turn it on at night unless you wanted to get sick, and so we were very hot.... For the return trip, my agency sent an email asking for a commercial gesture and to give us a triple room with a real bed. We are still waiting for their response and upon arriving at the reception, there was no commercial gesture and the email was only read at that moment, telling us that all the rooms were like that, but on their site it says double bed and single bed and not a folding camp bed (see photos). Plus, the pool is not heated, so good luck to the bravest for swimming, and at breakfast, you would think you were in a cafeteria!!!!!! Another 4-shooting-star hotel 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 The reception staff only speaks Spanish and English!!!!! Thanks to Google Translate.... And the location is terrible unless you have a car or call an Uber..... In any case, I will never set foot there again and I will tell my agency not to recommend it at all anymore.
