Hotel Eurohotel Gran Via Fira

One of the worse hotels I have stayed at. Old and non functional equipment. Un friendly staff. Avoid at all cost

Stayed here for 4 nights in may 26, pictures make the place look way better than it actually is, we were in room 518 which had 2 singles pushed together as a double that we paid for, the shower head was broken and water just poured out rather than coming out as a shower should, the towel rail and shampoo holders were both loose and coming away from the wall, the glass sink had a crack all the way threw it, shower door did not close fully due to rubbing on the ceiling ( all of this was reported to which they said they will look at it!) also there is no tea or coffee making stuff in the room which I will admit it didn't look at when booking, all in all I would rather spend more and ensure a better stay in a better hotel

I went to Barcelona this weekend and stayed, as in other times, in this hotel. What has never happened to me is to receive treatment like I have received this time. The person in charge of the reception on the night shift who attended us, was many things, and none of them include kind, polite or the like. Certainly to make him look at it.
