Ona Living Barcelona

The window was broken and it was impossible for us to close it throughout the night. The outside noise was therefore very present, which prevented us from sleeping properly. We had a very bad night. As a commercial gesture, we simply had our towels changed for clean ones. We also received a message indicating that bottles of cold water had been left in the apartment. However, no bottle of water was present, with the exception of those that I had bought myself in the morning at the Carrefour located across from the hotel. We are very disappointed with this experience and regret having chosen this hotel. In view of the problem encountered and the absence of a real commercial gesture, we believe that the service did not live up to our expectations.

No hot water in the evening when coming home and no hot water in the morning. Reception turns off the boiler at night. We had to wash and shower in cold water We were in apartment E1 on level 1 No one at the reception from 5:00 pm. 😒

Location near the fairgrounds, convenient to the metro stop. Perfect apartment, clean and with all comforts, even disposable bag with sponge and detergent for the kitchen, shower shampoo with conditioner a shower. Comfortable beds, the sofa bed used by 2 children, maybe the fourth bed for an adult is a bit uncomfortable, because they are the open and close ones. Hot shower water, towels, towels and sheets changed often. Staff attentive and courteous. Quiet area also to shoot in the late evening. Giant shopping mall very close, just cross the street. We had a great time!
