Onix Fira Hotel

We arrived yesterday afternoon and we are still here. Unfortunately, we booked for two days but we are thinking of leaving today. Aside from the ridiculous room without surfaces to place things and without a closet, the real problem is the continuous infernal noise of moving furniture that starts at 8, even today, Sunday. I see, alas too late, that many guests have complained for the same reason, but I also see that the management does not care and takes no action. I almost forgot: terrible and very limited breakfast. I strongly advise staying away from this hotel.

Excellent hotel, very well located and very clean, good customer service, and all departments were very professional. Thank you, and we will see each other again.
