Luna Club

Very bad experience, I found this hotel so inconsistent with the reality of the very chic site that sold me this establishment that I cut my stay short and returned to Paris. Low-end hotel, basement restaurant, you have to wait in line to access the restaurant (canteen should I say). This hotel is closer to low cost than a 4-star resort. Noisy, view of a huge parking lot. Surrounded by concrete buildings. I would have thought I was in a seedy suburb. Concerts every night, I felt like the concert was in my room! Clanging music! Cheap! It doesn't deserve 4 stars, but 1 star for traveling sales reps. Even Ibis hotels are nicer. My advice: Don’t Stay here ‼️‼️ Only positive point: the staff is very welcoming and respectful.

I am staying here for a week with my 83 year old mother who is not in the best of health … she has know Toes .. This was supposed to be a Treat and a relaxing week away … On day number too we have had a phone call off the Hotel telling me we have to move rooms on Sunday this is three days away … My stress Levels are very high .. This is not Good Service at all and I know have three days to think about it .. The instructors for yoga are all Spanish so unless you do regular yoga it’s a waste of time .. Feeling very upset .. I don’t call this a Holiday… Sarah Harding ..

Terrible hear at the moment and been asked to move rooms…. On Sunday it’s now Thursday that has ruined my holiday and stressed me out …I am travelling alone with my 83 year old mother …. Who is not in the greatest of Health she has know Toes … The Yoga classes are ok if your use to doing regular yoga ——— I’m not and I don’t speak Spanish all instructors only speak Spanish …
