The property is very nice, clean and well located. Mollet de Valles is a green village with large public spaces. Unfortunately, however, the staff are very impolite and make not insignificant mistakes:
- I asked for information about a free parking outside the hotel and, upon learning that it does not allow vehicles over 2 m, I was told in annoying tone to search for it on Google Maps.
-I was given a key (in card format) that opened the room of a couple already inside. I went into “my room” and found a couple making love. It was very embarrassing for everyone.
-I was not well served at the bar, I was hungry and ordered snacks given the late hour, and they answered to go outside because in 10 minutes they closed.
The ashtrays on the terrace are very dirty.
