From the moment you walk into the hotel, you’re welcomed by a fresh, inviting atmosphere. The staff are warm, friendly, and always willing to help, making you feel at home from the very beginning. The hotel was consistently spotless at all times of the day, with the spa being particularly impressive. Every time I visited, it was immaculate, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean, with a very comfortable mattress and a large balcony complete with sun loungers, which was a lovely place to relax. Breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and offered a fantastic variety to suit everyone. I booked half-board, so I enjoyed dinner at the hotel every evening, and I can honestly say it was some of the best food I’ve experienced in a hotel. The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavour. One waiter in particular Afonso in the restaurant bar (evening time) who looked after us throughout our stay, truly stood out. He was incredibly warm, kind, attentive, and professional, always providing outstanding service with a smile. The entire restaurant team delivered exceptional service, and the quality of both the food and drinks exceeded my expectations. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money, fantastic facilities, and a genuinely relaxing experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay, and I will definitely be returning in the future. The only areas I feel could be improved are the lifts and the rooftop bar. As we were staying on the 9th floor, we only had access to two lifts rather than all four. At busy times, particularly during breakfast and in the evenings, it could take quite a while for a lift to arrive or return to reception. On several occasions, we found it quicker to use the stairs. If you have breakfast reservations or plans outside the hotel, it’s worth allowing extra time to get downstairs. The rooftop bar was also a little smaller than I expected and often felt overcrowded. Each time I visited, all of the sun loungers were already occupied, making it difficult to relax and enjoy the space. As a guest who paid extra for the premium Experience, I feel it would be a nice enhancement if access to the rooftop area, or at least certain seating or loungers, was prioritised or reserved for guests who have purchased that upgraded package. This would help maintain the premium experience that those guests have paid for while still ensuring the rooftop remains enjoyable for everyone.
