Ciudad de Castelldefels

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Great options at breakfast including gluten free, all clearly labelled with wrapped fresh bread rolls and magdalenas. Decent size pool. 5 mins walk to beach, 20 mins drive to airport.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel and we fortunately left for somewhere else. I chose a room with a terrace and we ended up on the side of the beltway with the incessant noise of the cars while watching them take the bridge!!. The terrace has a broken table that is dangerous for my child with the metal edge detached and separated by more than 20 cm from the table. I had to complain at the front desk to get my room changed. The front desk staff are almost like automatons (no apologies, no customer service gestures). I was given a less dangerous room but in poor condition while still keeping the view of the cars on the beltway. I took photos that I can share with you of the condition of the room and window frames, and the furniture. I regret choosing this hotel this year in Barcelona. Only positive point: Room cleaning with very smiling staff.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The hotel itself is beautiful, but what truly makes this place so special is the incredible team. Every single member of staff was genuinely warm, friendly and accommodating. The service feels so personal—you never feel like just another guest. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, cared for and completely at home. It’s those little thoughtful touches and the genuine kindness that make a stay truly unforgettable. A very special thank you to Antonio, Xavi and everyone else on the team who looked after us so beautifully. Your warmth, professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made our holiday even more special. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience. We leave with wonderful memories and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!
