1. Failed to offer 4 star quality or service 2. Worst breakfast ever, - hot food was tepid other food frozen 3. . Rooms are basic. Clean but housekeeping not restock properly daily (we gave up and bought bought toilet paper, tea, coffee, milk & sugar from the supermarket. 4. No atmosphere, not typical for Sitges Hotel. 5. Not representative of Sercotel hotels. 5. Not value for money. Unfortunately repeating what previous reviewer Reported our issues to friendly Reception and breakfast staff team no changes made, definitely not 4 star attention. Stay somewhere else if you want a 4 star hotel with 4 star service because this hotel won't offer it to you.

Overall a very average stay. The pro’s: 1. Location - great location beach front 2. The pool rooftop - nice pool and loungers 3. Nice staff The Con’s: 1. Worst breakfast ever. The hot food was not hot. Barely lukewarm 2. No bar at all in the hotel other than one which belongs to the restaurant and you need to eat there 3. Rooms are quite basic. Clean however. 4. Having to ask for a remote control every day to control the blinds on roof terrace 5. Very little atmosphere at the hotel 6. Not great value for €300 euros per night

Common areas in disrepair. Wading pool rather than a swimming pool. Dirty lounge chairs and ripped mattresses. Low-end frozen breakfast. Avoid at all costs. Arrogant head of reception staff.
