Excellent campground on the seafront! Ideal location! We loved its location, the beach has direct access which is a very satisfying point; the city center and the Santa Susanna promenade are also accessible on foot directly from the campground. There is a very convenient and well-stocked mini-market. You can choose pitches, bungalows, or apartments; there is something for everyone. And with large capacity The pool is very nice and very clean. The staff is pleasant as a whole. We recommend this campground.

Our family has been going to this campsite for 6 years and this year we are really disappointed. Restaurant: The restaurant menu is limited and expensive. Before, there was a great variety of dishes at very affordable prices. This year is disappointing. They have removed the mini salmon toasts, the fried calamari, and the noodles. In short, a very attractive menu with very good quality has become a poor menu of questionable quality at millionaire prices. Gourmet sandwiches that only have the name Gourmet, at astronomical prices!! Horrible, we canceled all our dinner reservations... the only positive thing is the waitresses, always kind and attentive. Reception: The people at reception are quite unpleasant and unfriendly. Gym: The gym is destroyed, machines that don't work... half the weights are missing... a disaster. Pool: The lifeguard who was there every year kept the pool impeccable, kept watch, and made sure there were no stones from the beach... the lifeguard this year does not. Activities: They have always done many activities, yoga, pilates, zumba... this year barely anything, fewer instructors and many empty gaps with nothing... the instructors are charming, friendly, they have worked their fingers to the bone, but the lack of an entertainment team compared to other years is noticeable. Bungalows: neglected, dirty, abandoned, mine was two stories with no interior door between floors... they invest in building new ones and don't fix the old ones... for the money you pay, because it is not cheap, they could improve them.

Our experience this year at Bon Repòs has been quite disappointing, especially considering that we have been returning to the campsite for several years and that precisely the experience of previous years was what made us return. With the change in management and the incorporation of an external company/consultant to try to make the campsite profitable, we believe that a wrong direction has been taken. The change in the menu has been especially negative: a much more reduced menu and, in addition, with a considerable drop in quality. We had several nights booked and decided to cancel practically all of them for this reason. The only nights we finally kept were, in large part, thanks to the entertainment team. From the first year we loved the ideas and activities they offer and, in fact, it was one of the main reasons why we decided to return year after year. This year the schedule was much more reduced and there were very few activities, but the few that we did were great. We want to especially highlight the excellent work of the entertainment coordinator and the entire team. We also want to highlight the waitstaff team very positively, as they were kind, attentive, and helpful at all times. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the front desk. Our experience with some of the staff was quite negative, as they seemed unfriendly and unwilling to help. Another point that disappointed us a lot was the gym. We tried to use the facilities and practically all the machines were out of order, so it is difficult to understand why it is offered as a campsite facility in those conditions. Regarding the pool, we have also noticed a significant deterioration. In other years, the lifeguard was in charge of keeping the pool in good condition and we did not find any stones. This year, however, there were beach stones inside the pool and on several occasions we stepped on them, even getting cuts. At least when we went to the lifeguard, the service received was good. Ultimately, we are very sad to write this review because Bon Repòs was a campsite we returned to precisely because of everything it offered and the good memories from previous years. The entertainment team and the waiters continue to do an excellent job, but we believe that the changes made this year have resulted in a significant loss of quality and of what made the campsite special. We sincerely hope that this new direction is reviewed, because it would be a shame if a campsite that so many of us have returned to for years ends up losing precisely what made us want to come back.
