If I could leave ———00000 stars on this hotel I would. But my Trip Advisor, unfortunately I can’t. We were staying with this hotel, myself, my son (10 months old) and my husband. Second night in we get a knock on the door from not even an actual police officer but a security guard complaining of a noise. Granted, we have a baby who most likely we were trying to put down but on top of the door knock, accused my husband of attacking him. When we tried to ask for a manager they called police. While I’m
Writing this review 4 officers have showed up to our room. If that doesn’t say it all. Don’t book here. This hotel makes and allows false complaints. On top of that, allow outside “security officers” to become the aggressor and you will NOT BE PROTECTED. WORST HOTEL. AND WE WILL NOT BE COMING BACK TO BARCELONA NOR RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL.
