Vincci Arena Hotel

This hotel is located in a very safe area where locals live. The staff is very friendly and Andrea was a sweetheart, who welcomed us and helped us with all of our questions. The room had a very nice size, super modern with a very good size bathroom as well. We would have breakfast at CafeLunya, only a few minutes from the hotel and the young staff there was also so friendly and nice! This hotel is also very close to the Barcelona Sants, in case you are planning to get a high speed train to Madrid next. Super convenient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great city-centre location with onsite parking and great breakfast. Aircon was effective during the heatwave and room was generally comfortable. However, cleaning service did not appear on one day until after 6pm which was too late as we had returned from our day out. Pod coffee machine would have been a nice addition had it actually worked rather than emptying out its water reservoir under the machine.

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. The only point to highlight less positive was the room service request that did not go very well, but overall the stay was very good!
