Balmoral Hotel

CheckIn terrible! Breakfast poor and often empty.

Attention, service, cleanliness, order, excellent, and the staff always friendly 👍👍 my favorite hotel 👍

Impossible to book on their website because the form cannot be completed and by email they ask you for a credit card number and the expiry date to make a charge of €1, which obviously the bank refuses because you will not provide them with the CVC by mail, and they reply saying that they do not confirm the reservation because the card is not valid. I've never seen anything like it. I don't know how the hotel will be, I hope better than the reservation system
